Experimental Design

(add the correct headings from the experimental design page before beginning)

Detailed Procedure

  1. Gather 10 people at my house.
  2. Have one person do the Afuflex 3 Shoulder Rotation Test.
  3. Measure how far apart their hands can go on the towel with the tape measure.
  4. Have the person do the Hamstring Supine Stretch.
  5. Take a picture, upload it to the computer, and print it out.
  6. Using a black marker and a ruler, trace the angle the person’s two legs are in.
  7. Measure the angle with a protractor.
  8. Have the person lift two 3 pound weights, one in each hand, up and down for 3 minutes straight.
  9. Repeat steps 2 and 3.
  10. Have the person run laps for 3 minutes straight.
  11. Repeat steps 4-7.
  12. Record data in observation table.
  13. Repeat steps 2 through 12 with 9 other people.
